I want to sell the Stuffed animals that are available to sew, using Lyralei's Sewing mod. So it would be interesting to know what item are you selling when this is happening. Because your bug report doesn’t specify what items are causing the issues it’s very hard to pinpoint exactly what the problem is. This is how ever very interesting that the restock item is not spawned. Instead of a restock sign spawning after a customer buys with some items a big white box will spawn in place.

So long story short, when the restock sign says the item type is an inventory item this is how the mod has categorized the item. So then your only option is to sell them from the shop’s inventory using the merchant box. I think nectar is one of those types and any of the preserves that come from the canning station.
